WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the domestic United States and its territories. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure your shipping address is within these regions when placing your order.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING? 

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $60! 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS from our fulfillment center in Powhatan, Virginia, USA.

CAN I SHIP TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?

We cannot split shipping addresses in one order. Please create an order for each shipping address. 

Changing Your Shipping Address After Order Placement
You can modify your shipping address after placing your order! Given our quick turnaround times, it's crucial to contact us immediately if you need to make this change. Please call us at (804) 372-8193 or email us at sales@omsva.com at your earliest convenience. We can update the shipping address anytime before your order is dispatched. However, please note that once the package is shipped, we are unable to make any further changes to the shipping address.

Our team prides itself on a rapid turnaround, typically dispatching orders within 1-2 business days, and often on the same day of purchase! We handle packing and shipping from Monday through Friday. Please note that during peak seasons and sale periods, it might take up to 5 business days to ship your order. If you need your order sooner, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Certainly! For expedited shipping, we offer overnight and 2-day shipping options at checkout. If you have already placed your order and wish to expedite it, please reach out to us without delay. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. Please keep in mind that all delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To cancel your order, please call us immediately at (804) 372-8193. We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped, but it's important to contact us quickly due to our fast turnaround times. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.


I RECEIVED A GIFT ORDER WITH NO SENDER INFORMATION. CAN YOU TELL ME WHO SENT IT?
If you've received a gift order without sender details, please email us at sales@omsva.com with your contact information, and we'll do our utmost to help you identify the sender.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but please note that we do not accept returns on bath and body products. TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ONLINE OR PHONE ORDERS:

If you wish to return or exchange an online or phone order for non-bath and body products, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us promptly at (804) 372-8193 or via email at sales@omsva.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

  2. Please have your order number or order information ready when you contact us. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email and on your order packing slip.

  3. Once the return is initiated, carefully pack the item and ship it to our mailing address in Powhatan, Virginia, USA. Specific address details will be provided upon contact.

  4. We recommend using a traceable and insurable shipping method. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Upon receiving the product, we will process your return or exchange within 5 business days. Your refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for non-bath and body products.
