JUST BREATHE - SINUS/HEADACHE: When your nose is congested and or your head is pounding, a hot shower can be a lifesaver! Add one of our amazing menthol JUST BREATHE shower steamers - an effervescent blend of peppermint, menthol, eucalyptus, camphor, and rosemary. When used properly, these ingredients may help ease headache pain and pressure and promote the loosening of congestion and mucus.

BE CALM - LAVENDER VANILLA: When you need to relax or relieve stress, a hot shower can ease your nerves! Our BE CALM shower steamer is an effervescent blend of lavender and vanilla. When used properly, this steamer may help ease stress and anxiety and induce a more peaceful, sleepy feeling.

DIRECTIONS: Place shower steamer on the shelf in your shower, or on the shower floor. Place it out of the direct water stream where water can get it only slightly wet. The water will activate the steamer and the steam will carry the aroma from the essential oils throughout your shower. For best results do not place the steamer directly in the stream of water or it will dissolve very fast and the benefits will go right down the drain :(

Steamers are made and pressed by hand. Mold design may vary. Each disk is one use. Each steamer is approximately 1.5 oz.
