Magnesium Mist

There are several benefits to adding topical magnesium to your routine. Most of us are deficient in magnesium and the beauty of this spray is two-fold. Transdermal use is not only fast and effective, it bypasses the gut and may avoid the side-affects sometimes caused by oral supplements.

Magnesium is absorbed more easily through the skin helping this mineral get into the lymphatics and circulatory system, offering a way to get a higher concentration of magnesium in the bloodstream.
